i tested the fan,lights with external source of power and they work. key switch,kill switch,light switch all tested fine with meter.stator tested within specs.harness up to voltage regulator tested same as stator because its just a continuation of those wires. bike runs just fine . i come up with voltage regulator being bad....anyone else hear of that? didnt thing they usually go bad. i dont think cdi has anything to do with lighting at all. oh there is power coming from stator also for lighting when running.
