I've got 450ER from 2007 with : ATP Ported head +1 exh. valves, 41,5 CRF carb, HC St. 2, ferra valves, xceledyne springs, UNI filter, LRD Anniversary, CP 13:1 piston, EHS Racing lid.Soon I'll have Vortex X10 CDI. However, I'd like to know what you'd also do or change for other. It runs really good, but I want even more 1022.gif I need to be 96-97 dbs, so loud pipes such as Rossier or Sparks won't be my choice. Also, I don't like K&N type filters, especialy without airbox. I'd like to know how to modify my airbox and still protect air filter. It's MX purpose bike and I like to have good low end.

First thing id do is bore the carb to 43.5mm, get an intake like a sparks (is foam and keeps box). Get a venom Pipe, they make great power and have low DB i believe 97. This will prob net you a few hp.
