I'm 6'4'' and every time i turn the handle bar it hits my knees and hurts like crazy! especially when i were boots. Do you think upping my steering stem size would help the problem? If so what size?

Im 5-10 and I have a houser +2. It is very good to me and the best thing for the back. You will be happy with a +2. Dont know if anyone makes +3.

I have a +1 and a +2 and for my height I would run a my +1 at 5'10. So I would go for a plus +2.
