Build in process

here's my new toy, still new to the 450r game, i was a prior 400ex guy. Love the r's so much more. heh

At one point this was a clean black bike...now its a used black bike
Its my desert racer/duner/trail/moab/all around machine.
I like it with the "used look"
Its the best quad I have ever owned.
Currently has a Venom pump gas 480 mid 50's and mid 30's, runs on 91 and all day!

Here's my black 06'. Just now starting to work on it. Been rebuilding my 250r for the last 6 months...

New FW Carbon white hood, new QT hump seat, New Houser +2.5" fronts with 20" Fox Float Evol DSC's.... still a work in progress, need to do something with the graphics... get rid of the UM nerfs, lots to do. :)

This is my Budget, Budget build. I bought and 02 Raptor 660R for $450 last year and traded it straight up for this '04 450R. I still need to take the orange off the motor mounts. It was on all the hubs, kicker, oil/clutch/water pump/thermostat covers. So far I've put the $9.99 Rocky mountain graphics on it, a 190 main jet, the '06 Sparks exhaust I found for $58.28 shipped off eBay (yes a 2006 exhaust on a 2004). I've added a pro armor kill switch, pro grips, MSR clutch perch/lever w/hotstart, ASV hotstart cable, Laker Custom hood. Everything else on the quad was there when I traded it. Between the money I put into the Raptor and the money I put into the TRX I have about $800 into it as it sits.

Future plans include:
suspension
Axle/a-arms
+2 stem
1 1/8 bars
seat cover
front bumper
Complete tear down, HP piston, P&P, powder coating... Bla bla bla.






P.S.
Both the Raptor and the TRX had/have clean and clear titles.
