I am wanting to get move my kill switch, headlight on/off switch, and high/low beam switch to somewhere other than my handle bars. I am thinking about making a dash that will mount under the hood somehow and put all of that and my temp light a nd key on it also. For the high/low beam switch I should just need a double poll switch correct? Im an electrician so it should work but I wanted to see if anyone else has done this to their R.

I just did all this this past week. I removed my key and bought a prodesign tether in its place, gotta laker custom hood, Tag T2 YZ dbl hi bars, and a yz style kill, stay away from CR. Since i lost my head liht i took the green and the black/white to the dirtbike kill, and the key i forgot i think i found it on this forum, it looks slick with out the lights, and made up a lotta room under the hood, it was such a clutter under there before

well since your keepin your headlight and if you gotta 04/05 idk if wiring is diff or not, there is a green wire on the lights as well from the control box, you just wire the 2 greens to the black, and the black white to the black white and your kill button is done, idk bout the head lights but i think thats on trx450rforum.com in the how to section
