Im looking at these four nerfs, all are priced right around $150.

Im more stuck between the AC's and the Pro Armors.......

Suggestions?

Colt801
I really like Pro Armor they have a good product, i havn't ran AC but i have had no problems with Pro Armor

Thanks for the advice, i was comparing the two and I am leaning towards pro armor

thanks guys!

I just got a set of AC pro peg nerfs with the heel guards. It's a great design and looks great on the 450. I picked them up for $68 on ebay which I couldn't believe, so try and search for a nice used set if you don't feel like dropping alot on them.

As far as Pro-Armor, I have their skidplates and couldn't be happier with the durability. It really comes down to which one you think looks better between these brands.

If you do proarmor do the powergrip 3 peg with the heal guard and the nerf, its like a three peice set. If you do AC do the propeg, and i would suggest welding the peg to the frame if you race. idk alot about the others tho.

Rath, or AC standard nerfs with IMS Roll pegs. either setup works great. I personally like the Rath nerfs the best.

i have ac pro pegs and i love them they hold up very well.atleast mine do and they are strong.im 25olbs and they dont budge.
gwhunter350
Thanks guys, been looking for a steal like brun50 got but cant find one.

Im still thinking the proarmors or AC, i'd love to get a full set but i spend to much on my truck.

rath is out of the question

Get the propegs with heal guards, do it right the first time... the stock pegs suck, i went from propegs on my Z to this DG POS ones that use the stock like .5 in pegs and its like a balancing act, if you wanne buy them lemme know, they are great and very strong just not for e, i am most likely going to go wiuth AC again

BLINGSTAR!!!!!!!!!!!
mx333
I have ran all of them you have listed and i like ac from what you listed but i like rath they hold up well only downfall is there $$$
gwhunter350
yeah the Raths would be nice but im not paying that kinda money. if i get into racing it would be worth it, but im not sure if thats going to happen so for now i need to stay on a budget. Im pretty sure im going with the AC's now, im going to try and find a deal on a full set before i get the standard nerfs
rappy350r
Blingstar have worked alsome on my 450r, alng with my yfz450. My ac broke at the welds when i had them on the yfz, so i do not recomend. Blingstar notorious, excellente option in my opionion
