just thought id thro some props out.....


i have the asv pro perch clutch assembly on my r. i was replacing the clutch cable, when i noticed the little bearings in the pivot were destroyed. all that was in there was the outer race! i was going riding in a few days, so i made a bushing at work. i emailed asv, to see if i could get the bearings thru them, or if i need to go thru a dealer.
all they wanted was my name and address and they would send me some! a few days later, i had new bearings and pivot bolt!

it may seem small, but i was very happy!

same thing happened to me! I sent it in last year and they sent me a whole new assembly. And yet i still wonder were did the bearings go?lol

A few months back i noticed the spring was broken on my front brake lever. I emailed ASV, they asked for my address and if i had the clutch lever also. they sent me two sets of springs and bushings. I'llnever buy anything but ASV.
