Thought I would share with all my rebuild of my 2006 450R kicker. Not reaaly inspired by Halloween just happens to be orange and black and will be done by Halloween. I wanted something different even though it does resemble a KTM now--but at least it will be faster ha ha. Let me know what you guy's think, here are a few of the starter pictures-more to follow as I get further.

The engine is also getting a makeover on the inside, the tranny gears were shot so thats why I figured on redoing the whole bike. Here is a picture of the Falicon super crank I just got back. The motor should be done next week sometime.

I actually just finished my halloween bike lol;) I did orange frame with orange hipers hubs black swinger. Kept my black plastics for now.

Here are updated pics-just finished the seat cover and graphics I got from Quadforce, the quad tech seat cover and replaement foam it comes with is top notch and very comfortable. Just waiting for my motor now which should be done middle next week-thats where the real pride and joy will come.

I use to race but haven't for a little while with the expense of it, I was doing the WORCS series and if I race at all I will probably start that up again. But for now it is a dune/rec bike.

I live in Utah so the Jericho/little Sahara Sand Dunes where we have on of the biggest drag hills next to St Anthony's.

And I will get some pic's up over at quadforce.

Updated pics basically finished just waiting on nerfs and front bumper.
Eventually down the road I would like to get some hipers to go with it, then it would truly be finished.

I am building one almost like it just keeping the white plastic, waiting on head to come back now so can finish puting back togrther, sent carb to DASA had boared to 43.5 new web cam, 14-1 CP race piston,1 ring, plus 1 valves can't wait.

Yours is looking good also, white plastics will look good for sure, that was my thought also that if my orange get to beat up eventually I may go white too. I just need your hipers lol.

Ya I put that on just after I bought the bike, the frame cracked after only the two weeks from being brand new.
