So i'm obsessed with the red tank on the new R's...if i'm ordering it off say babbits.com what all do i need? Just the tank and use all the old gizmos and gadgets and what have ya off my old tank? Will it all match up? Any help is appreciated. Thanks.

The tank cover off the 08 wont fit perfect but it will fit with a lil work.
This is an 05 with a 08 tank cover.

No its just a plastic cover that goes over the tank.
The 08^ has a smaller tank but at 200+ $'s for a tank and not even the cover
the cover is another $40 and u still have to put it all together.
IMO if you are crafty put it on your existing tank....

08 ^ tanks are a lil smaller to accomodate the tank cover.

go to ebay. search "trx450r fenders". there is a complte set, frt,rr, tank and cover for $275 buy now. complete with monster graphics. id would have already done it, but cant really be spending that much right now.
