So tell me all you guys out there that are running the six paddle tires. You seem to like them. I see alot of guy runnin the sixes and then alot running the eights (paddle) tires.

So between the two whats a pros and cons of the two

depends on what sand you ride in, and what is all done to your quad. Usually the 6 paddle combo is for out west guys.

Hahaha a two paddle!!! I wonder if thats been done before?

Okay so lets say just an hrc kited bike, Gonna loose to much power with an eight paddle?

with just an HRC kit,,,,, 6 paddles will work great for racing, and 8 paddles will be better for playing/ pulling wheelies. I have heard from a friend that went to UTAH to ride, that the 8 paddles were great.

IF you do any western riding...utah....oregon...etc etc the sand is heavier. Use 8 paddles....if you're down south...glamis, dumont, pismo...those guys tend to run 6 paddles cuz the sand is a lot finer if ya will...go with 8 and you'll enjoy. Also find the pinned thread about paddles...it'll help

Right idea on the paddles, but way off on the fine sand advise. Utah sand is much more fine than Cali sand.

wow 6 paddle? 7 paddle? I cant imagine that...

I had 10 paddles on my 440ex and it rocked. The 10 paddle haulers on my trx450r was way too much tire so I went down to an 8 paddle extreme hauler which feels about right. although it was a huge loss in traction from the 10 paddle so Im considering 9 paddle haulers next time. most people I see run no less than 8 paddle and many run 9 or 10 paddle here in Oregon. I have never known anyone that ran a 6 or 7 paddle unless it was on an under powered kids bike or something
