Ok, i searched "bar cleanup" and found nothing on this, so i was wondering how to lose the black control box thing, Lights, engin kill etc... I know how to wire my key up to use a tether, but idk how to wire the blob up to use a dirtbike style kill, and wire my lights up to a switch and hide it... also what do i do with hot start? I dont have the ASV lever yet to put it on there... Help would be greatly appreciated, with pictures!!!

there is a few different ways to do it from what I understand. it depends if you plan on using stock steering column and stock width bars... easist way is to buy one of those premade metal dash boards that mount inbetween or on top of your bar clamps. other than that you just do it custom yourself. alot of companies make different setups to relocate those mentioned items though. I would just start looking at vendor websites and see what they are selling and decide what route you want to take

LSR makes a nice dash plate, I like that one the best so far...

I am talkin bout the black control swtches on the bars, where you turn the lights on the read on off switch, and all that, i cleaned it up on my Z to where there was just a dirt bike engin kill for my starter on it, and my teather... This i know how to replace the key with a teather, but i wanna wire the lights to a toggle and get ride of the on off switch with a dirt bike kill to shut the quad off...

I was wondering is you know how to get rid of what i am talkin bout, since i am an 05 kicker i dont have a nutral light, and idk where my temp light is lol somewhere under hood... I am going to lose the key and replace it with a teather...

i no what your talking about, im plannin on doin the same thing too soon. ull have to get a clutch perch with a hot start lever first , then just buy a dirt bike style kill switct, i think rocky mountain has cr style switches for 10 bucks. ull need a normally open switch witch im pretty sure that most aftermarket switches are. in that group of wires that go to the box you need to wire the switch in series with the black/white wire and the green wire. then depending on your electrical knowledge, a service manual will help if u no how to read a wiring diagram. thats as far i no now ill have to check out the wiring diagram a little more. see other info in can find out for now

Thanks, i know i am planing on gettin an RM style kill and a predesign teahter... I just gotta figure out the wires... Just an FYI dont buy the CR style, they suck and will shock the crap outta ya, RM is the best IMO, thats what i had on my Z for the starter and lasted for 2 yrs till i sold it

Quadforce will make you a custom dash. It has the lights, key, and switch for the lights.



I also got a kill switch for starting.

ALready done... i got the kill switch for killing the quad, lost my key and put in the prodesign tether, putta hood on, and i gotta say it DAMN i like how its lookin, nowi am missing the suspension part LOL, all i need for the bars now is my works properch and the bars are finished
