need new valves. motor set up as follows

13:5:1 cp piston 450 bore
ported head. hotcams stge two stock valves
esr intake
full sparks big core
fcr stock 05 crf

have been told to go +1 on exhaust +2 on intake , but also stock size would work better. sooo i need your opinion
