I was thinking of buying the Rossier jet kit from their website, but my question is, is it a good to buy or is there a better one floating around?

Honestly I dont know anything about Joe's jet kit. But if you buy a HRC jet kit from woodward's you will get alot more help around here.

FactoryPro.com has the most complete jet kit that I have found out there. Awesome guys and super helpful. Depending on what your looking for and what your putting it on should be the first question. If you have a Rossier and need to jet it correctly call Joe at Rossier and he will get you hooked up straight. I like to use the Jet Kits from the exhaust manuf. that Im running since they know there product the best.

Jets are jets, doesn't matter who you buy them from. No one Jet kit is goign to make your fourwheeler any better than the other, the key is getting the correct size in there. They're all the same...

Just note that when buying Kehein jets, their sizes run different than Dyno Jets jets. I stay away from the Dyno Jet stuff because its just confusing.

If you want to buy a jet kit go ahead, its nice to have a bag full of jets.

Dyno jet kits dont work well w/ the 06 newer quads..
NOT all jet kits are the same.. Most have their own style of needle which makes a quite a bit of difference.

Agreed, but they're all usually Kehein Jets just repackaged with someone elses name on it. Or in some cases the Dyno jet jet's just repackaged. You can order whatever needle you want from anywhere, no need to really buy an entire jet kit.

Also who says that's the needle you'll need anyways... no one can really tell you over the net which jetting or needles you need to use, its just ballpark guesses on our end and then the OP will have to do the fine tuning himself, or pay to have it dyno tuned.

Whats wrong with the DJ jets in the 06's? Thanks.

the dyno jets have an adapter they are not repackaged jets. When you start opening the air box lid or aftermarket intake that kit doesnt seem to work. Especially if you read their instructions.

Besides no one said you would need a needle but the HRC needle seems to work really well mild to wild..

dyno jet kits are junk with their adaptors. I have one laying around shomewhere, just ordered several jets from JETSRUS.com.

Ahh thanks for the info guys, I was unaware of the Dyno Jet problem on the 06+ carbs.

I too have used the HRC needles on my 04/05 bikes with lots of luck.

i dont see an exhaust in your sig so i would go with the hrc jet kit but only if your cutting the lid and pulling the butt plug of course. The hrc kit is really made for just that purpose im throwing one on my quad tommorow

I'm getting a Rossier exhaust in a couple of days to go into 06 450er and I removed the airlid
