Last year it was hot, dry, dusty, and a very fast course. However they did have a little section of mud that turned into a swamp very quickly for the am riders and was even nastier for the pm riders, and with that swamp, turned the next mile of trail into a skating ring from all the water dripping off the wheelers.

Yes I have been to St.Clairsville, Oh. I love this race, I have been there for 3 years in a row now. Prepare for the dust. Usually no matter how much rain, it is always dusty. I hope that i could help you out. Robert Potts 528

Well i guess i called it on here. I started the race in 30th because my 450 got stage fright. i practiced starting it every line before mine and it started on the first kick. I was up and i kicked nothing i kicked 2 more times and it started. I passed 2 people in the 1st turn and i don't know how many in the 3rd turn. I worked my way up to 16th by the end of the 1st lap. I passed 4 more people in my class and was all by myself for a little bit. someone came buzzing up behind me who was not in my class. I let them get to me so i decided to go faster than i should have. i ended up clipping a tree with my front right tire and bending the tie rod :-( . It was my 1st race and other than wrecking i was pretty satisfied with my performance i worked my way from 30th to 12th place. My whole goal was to end up in the top 10 which i believe i would've if i finished the race. Oh well maybe next time.
Heres a Pic of the Aftermath
