Would anyone know if 21x12.00x8 size tires mount on stock 07 450r rims.Going to sandfest a little sahara
and my bike is set up for mx but found these tires for free.Bike is not with me right now so not sure on
rim size.

no...stock rear rims are 9" dia

never been on sand and is a 3 hr drive I can see the investment if I think I will go
a couple times a year or so.But right now just want to get a set to check it out.Also nerf bars are

Why would nerfs not be a good idea, keep em on if you run them otherwise! Keep your limbs safe...

are you running the stock tires? are they still in shape shape? if so, you will be fine. you probably wont win any drags, but stock knobbies are pretty decent sand tires.

imo...nerf bars are a must! unless you are a hardcore dragger and shaving every gram of weight you can. i wouldnt ride a quad with out'em

I have 18inch holeshots still in decent shape maybe I'll just use those.Ya guess the nerf bar question
kina dumb broke an ankle on a 3 wheeler jumping with no nerfs.Not planning on entering or racing
unless just for fun mainly just want to check out the dunes and some of those all out drag bikes.

with 18's your going to drag alot in the sand, they do rent paddles at the oasis (its called little sahara powersports now)

but if its a really busy weekend they may be all rented
(they also sale paddles and wheels at very fair prices)

from time to time you can find used sets, usually wheels and tires average $100-$125

drive around the campsites, and look for 4-sale signs (sometimes you can get great deals)
