A standard end cap comes with the pipe if you order off our website. The supertrapp discs with a closed end cap has been US spark arrested approved since the early 80's

does it sound good with the quiet kit or is it crappie sounding.

It certainly DOES NOT sound like it does with the normal endcap, and in my opinion nothing sounds as good as my rossier with the mega cone end cap. I had to buy the supertrap to keep on hand because at the Oregon Dunes are REALLY cracking down on ANYTHING above 94d. And my rossier is spitting about 101, 102. Sorry Joe and Charlie, got it tested from a cop. It's by far louder than a classic dasa, not the shorty. But the super trap sounds like a kid riding his bike with cards taped to the frame, JMO. I love my pipe but i hate having to use the super trap. Oh and it take the power down too.

Thats why I would get the Venom if I had to do it over again it still sounds dam good and is already 96db and spark arrested. Their not nearly as strict at the horsefall/spinreel dunes but whenever I go to Florence I worry about getting nailed cause this sparks gets pretty loud in the higher rpms.

If you play with the amount of discs it does not take away any power. with the quite end cap it still tests at 100 db with new packing at florence.
