i have an 04 450r that leaks oil out of the valve cover breather tube the oil ends up inside my air box then it leaks all over the swing arm

with the quad idling (plastic, gas tank breather tube off) the oil doesnt start to drip out of the breather hole until after a minute or two (after its warmed up)

it leaks too much to ride it for more than an hour

i have the HONDA service manual (it doesnt cover this problem)

i made sure the slosh plate in the cover was in place

i replaced the oil pressure relief valve

i applied air to the right oil cooler line to make sure the oil passage to the cam was clear

i am the original owner of this quad

it has the honda hop up kit installed

in 07 a warn shift fork jammed my tranny (dealer fixed)
in 08 the crank bearing gave up so i went through and replaced every bearing and seal also the crank, cylinder, piston, rings, and the clutch basket

now i have this problem
please help banghead.gif

Its Either your over filling her with oil or one of your seals has gone between the engine and tranny.
