i have a 06 trx450r with cam, exhaust,jet kit and few other light mods.

what motor oil should i use?
what tranny oil should ik use?

Just use the honda oil it is like gn 10w 40 sj or somethin like that. I am positive it is a black bottle, red label and red cap. Use that on both sides.

Honda oil for both sides.

MOTOR:
HP4S (synthetic)
or
HP4M (Moly)

Tranny:
HP tranny oil oil (red bottle)

Yes. That's the combination required.

Yes use what the engineers who designed it recommend. There are lots of folks who will tell you to use all different sorts of lubricants, but none of them have done any real testing of the effects of using them. It's all seat of the pants opinions. Honda designed and tested it, so their recommendations should be followed.

I'm running shell rotella full synthetic on the motor side and redline shockproof full synthetic tranny fluid on the tranny side.
