Hi, any help is appreciated. I have a 2007 trx450er.My mods are as follows:

Rossier Full system, Uni filter, Crf cam, and open airbox.

I have a 168 main, 50 pilot and 2 1/2 turns out on the fuel screw. This was for my spraks system and now Im adding the cam. Im at about 1000-1500 feet.

Am I going to have to change anything?

well in my head your not adding more air like uni, intake, or exhaust would

so the cam shouldnt change the jetting, its just going to open bigger and longer to let more of the same mixture into the cylinder for the bang

Ok.. and I just switched from a Sparks full system to the Rossier. Do I need to rejet for that or am I just going to have to try it.

only way to get it nuts on would be on a dyno with an a/f meter (to get every pinch of performance available)

but you should be close, its better to be rich than lean

if its rich you just lose a small bit of performance, if its too lean you can burn holes in piston

I would say 162-175 would be good depending on your elevation

Alright man cool. Im at like 1000-1500 ft. So I think I'll try whats in it now. Thanks

What needle are you using? Your jetting should be 45 pilot 2 turn out on the fuel screw, HRC needle or CRF needle 4th clip position, and a 160 main. Jetting specs are with the pipe instructions that come with the pipe or can be found on our website.

Thanks Joe

Thanks Joe. Im using the Hrc needle. And I bought the pipe used so I didnt get any instructions. And Those jetting instructions will be accurate for 1000-1500 ft?

Yes, if you were @ 0-750 than a 48 pilot would work better.
