Last year I purchased a full WeaponMX exhaust system for my lil bro's bike for Christmas. I race and get a discount from them so I managed to get the complete package for a little over $300. I was stoked about it and excited to give it to him.
A couple weeks went by and nothing came in the mail. Christmas passed right by so I called and emailed them with no response at all.
A whole month passed with no delivery. Now I was getting pissed and decided to call the Better Business Bureau, Department of Consumer Affairs, and the FBI's internet fraud department to make my claim. None of these actions seemed to do anything and months kept passing by. I guess $300 is a lot more to a college student than to a nationwide agency. Anyway I consulted my bank since I payed with my Visa and they eventually straightened everything out. Half a year later, I am now reimbursed.
Just wanted to warn anyone who is thinking about going with this company to be very cautious. Personally I wouldn't do business with them unless you live close enough to do something about it when they s*rew ya.
