well im always trying to find more power so here is my latest build. its the same bike but i put a newer design head on and got a custom grind cam. this head design is the same as the one i did for dave(thunder) for the head only post.

i have to say i am VERY pleased with the results of this. i told you in my other post that i want to hit 60 in SAE and i finally got it done!!!

60.50 hp and 34.54 tq in SAE!!

specs are:

14:1 sparks piston
jc racing porting with +1 ex
custom web
43.5mm carb
fci intake
dasa exhaust
tokyo ign.

did you cut down the intake at all?

when i dynoed mine, it had a couple lean spots. garret suggested cutting it down.

no i didn't cut it down any, this is on a 06 too.

That would be interesting to see however I think Jared might have a slight advantage because his numbers are in sae instead of standard. Non the less I would love to see em lined up because they would both smoke mine! lolol

yea thanks. i think your right though, i should be eating subway to loose my gut! bein a mxer im a little bit out of shape. but when im racing and get tired my fast bike helps keep me out front...lol

vicious450r: it was electric up until last week. i did start to have trouble with it also, if the battery wasn't fully charge i might as well pushed it! but even when the battery was up it would start good cold but it was a hit and miss when warmed up.

but i dont worry about it anymore cuz the crank locked up over the w/end at a practice!! so i have a good head and transmission, other than that its trashed! i was hoping that the 06 would last but i guessed wrong

damn that sucks, your so fast you dont need that much power anyway!!

oh well i bet that was stock crank, the next one you can get tricked out

well i almost have my 511 done. it was the stock crank, so now im in need of a new motor or just bottom end.
