anyone in the albany or central new york area, Twister Valley in Fort plain has open practice every tuesday night from 430 till dark. they offer a pretty good motocross track and a nice supercross style track . there is also a section of woods wich is what they run there WORCS style grand prix series on that is supposed to be pretty good. 20 bucks to ride. EMT on site and best of all it is QUAD FREINDLY! also unless it is really crowded they dont run any classes on the motocross track so you can ride untill you drop. hope to see some of you there this tuesday. I drive a green lifted nissan titan and ride a red 450r with some candy blue JD arms and motowoz, dont be affraid to say hi.
