07, fabricated headpipe, motoworks silencer, 05 CRF cam, 175 main, needle on 3rd clip, stock leak jet, half open airbox, green wire mod, slick knobbies for dyno use..

After about 25 dyno pulls, trying 3 different head pipes, swapping to a 170 main, 50 or 55 leak jet, needle on the 4th clip, and installing an HRC head pipe, no other changes....


All runs are made on a Mustang Dyno and do not mirror Dynojet runs. The fact is about 5 HP was gained and the bike now feels better than ever! The best part is that its averaging 7 more HP than before and I feel thats where the difference can be felt.
BTW, dont get too caught up in overlaying the two, the first graph is graphed on time but the RPM scale is on the side, the second is graphed by RPMs. Just blow them up and look at the numbers printed on the bottom.
