I have a 2007 450 er, and I have an hc3, white bros silencer, and jetting done to it, and I was thinking about putting a higher compression piston in or porting it, or just something to get to the next step, does anyone have any recomendations for me?

I'd suggest a port&polish next.

Also look into a new intake setup.

Then there is always the Green Wire Mod, if you haven't already done it.

Definitely port/polish and at least a modified stock intake.

i would do an aftermarket intake... k&n or dasa type intake and remove the lid, do the green wire mod if u havent already ( there is a pinned thread on it ) then like they said u could port and polish..

i would get a turbo kit for it lol.... that would be badass !!!

Why wont the green wire mod work on the 04/05 model?

Why wont the green wire mod work on the 04/05 model?

because it don't have one. do a search in the engine section.
