A few of my buddies have z400's and they are no jokes..... im gonna tell em bout this!

And building pipes is what happens when we were suppose to be taking the quad apart but instead mock up pipes to run. Guess what the quad is still together. I can't wait to run the new pipe!

Any update on how the bike runs?

My buddy has one of these and he is thinking about selling it or putting the big bore kit on his. If he can beat me with the big bore kit thats what he's going to do but I've never raced one of these with the big bore. Will he smoke me or not?

I have dyno time set for 3:30pm today..... but he it is.... 470cc BB/ Stroker 15.1 ish compression....



As far as who if he will beat you with a BB motor Z... it really depends on how he builds it. This one used to just be the Athena BB 434cc and would beat most bolt on 450's yfz,450r didn't matter.... but it was built right.... now a normal bolt on Athena 434cc kit on a Z motor I doubt would beat your 450r.... but it just depends on how well the parts are matched... like every build. Her (yes... her.... it's a chicks Z470cc ) when it was a 434cc all BB had a 14.25 Venom piston in it and some other goodies and it made 49hp/34tq.... so very respectable for a 434cc motor.

Thumper Racing makes a 463cc (they call it a 470cc kit) all BB 97mm bore and let me tell you we have a green one of those and it will put a spanking on some one if they aren't carefull..... so also it depends on what size BB kit he gets. Most people get the Athena kits which are 94mm pistons.
