hey guys...
i found an 05 r last week and purchased it for 2500.its in decent shape.however....the brass bushings in the tank that hold the 8mm screws that in turn hold the plastic on are stripped.someone told me there was a recall on these but i fail to find any info.my local honda dealer ran my vin and said there are none for this machine.
anyone else had this problem?how did ya remedy it?

you can expoxy them to try and stop them from spinning

yeah...i kinda thought of that too.ya think super glue would hold?just because you can the that in the container with a sharper dispenser.
