I cant figure out with the deal is with the thing. I went through the carb spotless. Good compression its at 120 psi with stock piston with about 40 hrs on it. Once it gets goin it runs great. This is with the stock tires on it. Hopefully once my 18 and pipe and everything get put on there it helps but right now i have to do first gear starts and its just not working out to well. Any sugestions.??

what is your gearing? mods? and your weight?

With stock gearing, tires, and motor, you probably aren't gonna be making enough torque to take off in 2nd without bogging.

Stock Stock and 180 with suspension set to me.

Gotta be pushing enough TQ to start out in second gear.

Drop the counter sprocket one and try it out .(cheap mod to )

With the full HRC kit I had to do first gear starts with stock gearing and 20" 7 paddle haulers. I can't imagine all stock could accomplish a decent 2nd gear start. Lowering the gearing would probably help out a lot, but the 18" wheels definitely would too.

I installed the hrc kit and now it seemes like it dont want to idle at all it runs good with the gas on a little bit but if u let it just run on the stand it will go for awhile and just die.. Im gonna double check all the valve clearances tonight and make suer everything stayed tight.
