My buddy is moving for 3 month and is gonna leave his xr250 over here at the farm so i figure i am def gonna ride it alot...... i love that 6 speed tranny...... the only problem with it is the rear shock......... you can push it all the way down with one hand...... when i am ridin down the road and stand up then jus drop onto the seat it will bounce up and down for like 10 seconds! Anyone know if i can put any other year model xr250's on this 82? I know the 82 was the second year they made it and then they didnt make it in 83 so i am afraid they will be diff...... also anyone know if these are rebuildable and who can do it for me? Thx!
