im looking to run this setup now that i have taken my engine apart.do you guys think this is a good setup , i need to change the crank reguardless so the 3mm is staying but not sure on the high comp piston????

Probably mainly depends on if you want to run race gas, or how available it is. You will be close to 13.5:1 with the stroker. For trail riding & occasional race here & there I would probably keep the comp lower so you can run prem pump gas if needed. just my 2 cents
the 05 hrc cam should work good with that combo. Port work should help stretch your arms a bit more.
That is where mine is now but planning to throw on a bigger bore cylinder & dropping the compression.

race gas is easy to find down here so that not the issue. I have a hrc cam in it now.

I have been running a very similar setup for 2 years now (HR+3,Wiseco13:1,HRC cam) and it is just awesome.

what gas are u runnin 110 or c12 112oct??

Sorry...I complete forgot about this thread.I don't run race gas,except when I go to the dragstrip.I trail ride 90% of the time and I just run supreme gas and sometimes throw a tiny bit of octane booster in for good measures.
