I have a stock loking 04yfz with the mods listed in my sig. Last fall my case cracked. Its been a long winter spending a lot of time wrenching and ordering parts. Went with a +3 hotrods crank, sent it along with a new venom piston to crankworks. Got used cases and put new bearings and seals in. Motor is back together and in the quad. Still have to hook everything up. Wont be long till it fires now(hopefully). Anyway I got some parts in the mail today that I thought I would share what i have so far.

Tire/swinger setup will be very close to jfyfz's(Jamies) setup last year. It worked very nice on his quad. In other words Im shooting for the 4 second club(with my quad this time).

4 second club shouldnt be a problem for ya chuck, that thing is gonna rip!!!!! Looking good...

Took it for a couple rides tonight for break in. No major issued found so far. Seems to rev nice and smooth.

Bringing my swing arm away tonight to get tabs welded on for a rear chain slider.

Little update... I had a tab welded on the swing arm for a rear chain slider. Picked up a rear shock and linkage. Ordered my chain and chain slider. Swing arm should be on with in a week.

Update... Picked up a set of 4 snows. Might also try a couple dirt drags this year. Still waiting for swingarm pivot bearing, chain, and chain slider to show.

Swing arm is on. Got to ride it for a while again today. Everything seems to be good.
About all thats left is getting my cut fenders painted and put on.
Gave it a quick bath, threw the paddles on and took some pics.

Just got a Tony Hawk helmet cam off ebay($35). Thought I would try it out. Aso put a set of 4-snows on. They hook a lot better then knobbies as long as Im rolling.

UPS man went to the neighbors.

Had it dynoed the other day. 55 hp with 38 ft lbs torque. Get to try it out in the sand at silver lake this coming weekend.
