lost spark on cr500 motor any one know how to check the variuos electrical componants.
would love to hear this baby run again!!! please help!!!!!!!

get a service manual, it'll walk you through it.
did you try a new plug? know anyone else with a cr500, you could swap the cdi and see if that fixes it. you can put a voltmeter on the magneto to see if voltage is getting put out.

no dont know anyone with another 500 its definitly not the plug . could hang on to the bare wire and nothing! do you know how to check the cdi? any help would be great! i really miss my quad and would love to ride it!!
