i built and dyno tuned the motor....
its stock 102mm bore

thats about it....

its a full trail/ duner with skid plates and full plastics.... but it rips for sure.... needs a swinger, maybe a +4

Very nice!!

I'm hoping to make similar numbers after a couple small changes pretty soon.

whats your build bueller?

Ported head, valves/springs, megacycle x-2, cp 12.5:1, barker duals, pro design intake, dynatek controller, +2 KDS TB.

The controller is getting swapped for the PC5 when they're available and a dynatek ignition is in the very near future. It won't make the numbers you have but they should be decent. It made 60/49.5 on the KBR dyno in it's current state. With the proper tune and better ignition, I'm hoping to gain a couple HP. I've been told the ignition should fit my build pretty well.

looks like it would be tough to beat that thing with a 450r! Nice power for sure.
dlkfx450
the ignition adds a couple of hp but it mainly helps in lengthening the power band up top , as well as the FCI intake......notice my bike makes within 10% of peak power at redline.... the rpm's are off for whatever reason but the bike hit the rev limier @ 9100
KBR"S dyno reads similar to mine, maybe a tad higher due to different tires...... it always good to get REALISTIC numbers though...

Tell me about it. I see a lot of posts on other forums where guys brag about a three mod raptor doing 54-56 hp. Some dynos can be heartbreakers.

As far as lengthening the power up top, that's exactly what I need. Mine peaks HP at 7000 and drops 10 hp before it hits the limiter.

Nice numbers and killer torque! I have been eye balling my wifes 07 Raptor in the garage for awhile now..... ninja.gif Thing has no hours on it, perfect to turn into my lil project since she is knocked up and can't ride it anyway! lol

Bueller I never knew you picked up a raptor

i have the dynateks and FCI intakes here....

here are some sheets

FCI VS prodesign... 734 trinity build

with the FCI and prog dynatek this bike had a nice long powerband

Kip
If i had that trinity raptor, i would be running that prodesign intake and short shifting that thing at about 7 grand. The FC carrys it farther, but the prodesign seemed to make a good bit more TQ and HP down low.

the gear spread is about 2500 rpm...
so if u shift @ 7k that puts u down at 40 hp at 4500.... well out of the power band

With the FCI u can shift later @ 8k and drop down to only 50hp at 5500 rpm
KBR
Do both of those graphs have the Dynatek or just the FCI intake one?

the both have the dynatek with my curves.... just the intake swap on this one....
the added timing up top really lets the FCI intake shine

this was one of the first tests i did with the FCI

daniel call me monday. ill get you that low end back no problem. i just had my 727 raptor on the dyno all week last week. we did some things that came out pretty awesome.timing and where you airfuel has alot to do with the low end. Great numbers by the way. mine is very simliar to yours in the torque department but just squeezes out a few more ponies up top. we got 71hp 51 on my dyno.
FuelCustoms
i didnt relize the trinity build was 734. of course its going to make more bottom end than a stockbore.
