It is pretty easy. Put your bearing in the freezer for a couple hours and then heat up where the bearing goes on the frame and it should slide right in with minimal help of a dead blow hammer if needed.

When you remove the seal out of the frame, there is a snap ring holding the bearing in. Be sure you remove this before you go beating on the old bearing to get it out.

And wath could I remove from the quad to work fine, Stem? A-arm? Front Plastic?

Wath tool I need, I have alot, but I dont really know how to remove the bearing.

So if i understand, I remove the Seal, the Snap Ring, And the bearing.
