I like going to willow hill here is the website. willowhillcampandtrail.com open fri-sun, camp all weekend or go 1 day. $20 per person. very fun and close for me! I am from south central PA and also ride at trevorton. Just did last week.

i live in lehighton. Almost a half hour outside allentown. Me and my friends ride in New Philly which is outside Tamaqua. Pretty Fun for just back woods trails. There a cross country course and some kids we know built a GNCC little practice track.

you do need permits but i have been there a few times and have not seen anyone check. i bought mine, it was a 100 bucks, the local mx track here charges like 65 a day anyway, so for a year and peace of mind, its a deal to me. i have always heard the only place they ever check are the parking areas at coal hill and nearby.

pretty much in at the coal hills, and the upper parking lot, just dont be a jerk and at most he'll tell ya to leave, or he'll just tell ya not to come back without a permit
