Ok so here is the deal I got a 99 blaster with a bigbore and 36mm kahein on it, I had some problems (I had to revv it for it to stay on after a couple hours and weird noise coming from the crank) after my last rebuild so I took it all apart again and after putting it all back together there is no spark. What should I check for first cdi magneto???? All help greatly appriciated

unfortunately with all blasters and banshees they shear off the woodruff key on the crank so the flywheel is off center, and that is usualy the problem make sure its lined up right and then red loctite the nut and run it down with a good impact gun and it should work. if not it could be the pick up you can check that with an ohmmeter. Then if that is good its probally the flyweek if you dropped it or hit it with a hammer it messes up the magnetism and doesnt work right. Ive gone through this alot with guys that rebuilt there motors with out any regard for the impact gun
