I have the HRC kit installed.
I am running a White bros E2 slip on.
What carb do you guys with the HRC kit run?
I would like more performance through carburation.
Or what suggestions do you have?

A fcr carb would give you better throttle response and possibly a small increase in power, but would have the most impact with a full exhaust, higher flowing intake, and head porting. The trx fcr carbs on '06's and newer won't fit under the stock '04-'05 gas tank and will need an adapter for the stock '04 intake boot, but I think the yfz fcr carbs will fit under the tank and will still need an adapter for the stock '04 intake. The yfz's fcr are (I think) 39mm, but you can have them bored larger. Most guys with built motors bore them to 43.5-44mm. I hope I'm correct on most of this but, there is way more information on this topic if you search around.

for stock bore i would suggest a 41-42mm FCR carb

480cc i would suggest 42.5mm carb

then anything about that i would go with a 43.5mm BUT i really dont have any proof as to why i would chose this lol

who knows a 43.5mm carb might5 work better on a stockbore
