They are pretty good about their stuff, I see no problem, just keep a level head, these things happen.

The welds are pretty. Why would you post some thing like this w/o talking to them first. Give them a chance to make it right before you blow them up on the net.

Thanks for the support want2befast I really appreciate it, and I agree 100%. I am sorry fast450r that your arms got scratched in shipment, but i feel you did me wrong by posting this withen minutes of leaving me a message. You see, that I try to have the best customer service in this industry, and I also have the beat quality of workmanship. [Because I do 95% of this buisness by myself]. Answer phone, build/fabricate,weld,order supplies,keep inventory, do the billing, assemble product, box up product, do the shipping, order materials, design and prototype new models, help non customers of mine with tech questions,,etc etc etc So if I dont always answer the phone , 100% of the time please dont go and post negative about me out of anger. I always call my customers back, sometimes right away, or usually within that day. I will gladley accept negative feed if I have done wrong, but because of something I have no control over, I will not. I know you did not mean any harm fast 450r, but when a co like mine does get negative feed , it can hurt buisness.

i am very sorry if i made you look bad in any way i didnt think when i posted this. i realized what i did and i edited right after want2bfast pointed it out. i guess i was a little stressed after i couldnt get the ball joints out of the spindles. anyway i am very sorry and in no way am i giving you bad feed back. you called me back and we worked it out. i know it was probably from shipping i just want to know what people thought if i should send them back or keep them..i didnt think about what it could do to your business.
