well, I took the r to a indoor track this week end with my new pep dampner. I have to say at first I hated it. I have never had one before on a quad. It seemed like I got more arm pump. The second moto I started getting used to it. By the end of the day and all of the next day I loved it! I started to notice little things like over shooting jumps and fully compressing the front end(before having the dampner it would sometimes dart left or right)with the dampner it doesn't do it. Also in tight inside turns it helped me keep the front tires planted and pivot the back around. I must say it works well, although I would probly apt to get one that is more ajustable. The pep I have has (firm)and (soft) settings. the soft is to soft and the firm(at first) was to firm. The dampner is nice and helps, but pep service still sucks

One word W.E.R...or is that three words..lol. I have the WER (Works Enduro Racer) steering stablizer and that thing rules. It has a lot of adjustment and is rebuildable. It's also easy to install. Look into it.

Are these "rebuildable" dampners easy to rebuild or to you have to send them back the dampner so they can do it?

not sure...i haven't had one rebuilt yet. I imagine the kit to rebuild them is just oil and some o-rings.
