i've seen the degree wheels, and i've heard about degreeing your cam. Do you have to, or do you need to?? Is it a must, or better if you do? I gues the question is does it really matter if you degree your cam or not??

i could be wrong but from what i understand is that the factory setting is the "best" all around power, or the most you can get from bottom, mid, high at that setting. if you start messing with degreeing your cam, you basically start moving your power around. trying to get the most possible power out of it and where you want it. i personally haven't degreed enough to tell you its worth it but i would say if your an "average joe" your probably not going to notice! hope this helps!

This is the arguement I get in with all my friends. If you think that degreeing is a waste of time then why do cam companys send cam cards with all that info, so you and your buddys can look at the specs and say ohhhhh. PLEASE
If you decide to degree your cam first ask someone that has done it before correctly for help and guidance. Never be affraid to ask for help, I do all the time one things I do all the time. Take you time no matter what method you use, lobe center or lift points. Two degrees makes a differance, so take your time, and double and triple check yourself.
It took me 2 hours last time but I pulled big bore bikes on the holshot at WORCS in Arizona last round.
