anyone else having problems?

when i click on a thread, it shows the first one posted, then just has links to the replies at the bottom.

how do i get back to being able to see the whole thing at once?

YES AND I HATE IT!!! SEEMS LIKE NO ONE CAN ANSWER..

I believe you guys are in "Outline" display mode. Go to the upper right hand corner and click on "Options". Than under "Display Modes" select "Standard".
