just installed a cam and piston in a 700r. rode it into the garage to do the work. got it all back together but it wont start.

im sure i should be able to hear the fuel pump cycle but its not coming on. i disconnected the fuel line and ran a hose to a drain pan but there is no fuel. i also checked spark and it doesnt have spark either.

it has a trinity fuel programmer and i bypassed it with the same results.

anyone know whats up?
