I for one did not realize that this was on the 26th for some reason thought I would have 2wks to get ready. Will be camping on the flats, I will have a 480 in full dress, the 544 in the Sandragon frame, and the Rotax. Looking forward to blowing up the Rotax up so I can freshen it up for Dunefest, I guess thats a way to motivate you to wrench on your bike....lol

Good to hear you will have no worries from me as I have not touched this bikes since we ran last, had all these big ideas and never got to them. I have the Mega X3 sitting there but I too will opt for the HC3 for now as I do not want to work on anything this close to the trip, I am slapping on a +10 arm to try out.

I am biting my tongue on the new taillight comment as I am afraid you may have added a little bit of hp here and there and I might not be able to back it up....lol

LOL on the powerjets might just have to do that. Looking forward to seeing the new bike run I imagine it will rip with you on it. I just got the +10 arm on last night will do some jetting and call it good. We will be headindg down Thursday night sometime, cya on the hill Friday afternoon sometime.

I'll be down on Saturday. Only making a day trip this time. Headed to the dyno tomorrow to get some final tuning done, hope it doesnt break this time.

Glad I made this trip. I have a few Gremlins to kill before the ORG run next month. Oil leak, Lock out losing bolts, sprocket hub lost a bolt, front left lower a arm lost a castle nut and cotter key, rear brakes keep locking up, oh and Steve and Zac have some fast sssshittttt this year. Didnt get to see Jamie but from what I heard his 480 isnt a slouch.

I will say it now Steve will be the KOTH for this meeting from what I seen unless someone has Kryptonite, or he breaks.

It was great to get out there and get some runs in. Im looking foward to running a bigger cam next time out......to mild with the smaller cams....lol.

Great seeing you guys at the beach, as expected your bike rips and sounds like it was getting faster and faster as the weekend went by....jetting sucks huh! Zachs bike was way impressive and unfortunatley he just cost me a large chunk of change....lol Now I am going to have to slap in a HC3 and lighten the ass end of the bike and rider a little before the Org run, should be close a run if I actually get to it.

Brandon I saw you at the hill but did not get to say hi as it sounds like you had a little front end trouble and I did not want to bother you, glad it did not turn real ugly while you were riding it.

As far as KOTH it might just be hopeless if I can keep enough oil in it to run, that blowby was bad! Might just have to slap be the X3 in the bike for the heck of it to boot. Better yet Zach should just buy the bike, I think he rode it at the hill the first day more than I did!

It was great to do some friendly grudge racing with everybody!

Only made one single pass on the hill Sunday, it was stupid rough and I was feeling like crap so I called it quits LOL ohh well crap happens

Not sure how I am going to do it, as I slacked off and never got a site reserved. Might make a day run to meet up and go riding or I could always hotel it...I will play it day by day?

well....i wasnt at florence, but i made a day trip to hauser on sunday. what a freakin zoo!!! once you were out in the dunes, it wasnt all that bad. but in the tighter areas....it was frickin ridiculous!! i swear half the people out there left their brain at home. one large group stopped right at the access road, leaving barely enough room for anybody to get through. on the whoop road that takes you to spinreel, some idiot in a chevy stopped right at the end of the road, pretty much blocking it completely. if he'd have went another 50 yds, theres an area the size of a football field he could stop in. on the way back in, 3 sandrails stopped on the whoop road, and were just standing there BS'ing.
couldnt even count the helmetless. one idiot on a yfz was riding triple! there was a small child in front, and wife/gf on back. at least the child was wearing a helmet.

i did figure out some speed secrets though...
1. no helmet
2. sunglasses
3. shorts
4. tenny shoes
5. no shirt...exceptions allowed, muscle shirt(sleeveless t shirt) or wife beater(tank top)

now i remember why i stopped going on the big weekends
