**FourWerx Carbon Fiber Parts**------
All FourWerx carbon fiber parts are handcrafted and made for the customers specific order. Due to the worldwide shortage in carbon fiber, wait time on materials can become a problem at times. On all handcrafted carbon fiber products, please allow for 1-6 weeks wait time depending on the availablity and time needed to produce parts. Most parts will be available right at the time of purchase, and if not the customer will be notified of a delay/wait time. This is to insure the customer the greatest quality product we can offer.
**Return Policy**-------
All products are sold as NON RETURNABLE ITEMS, unless of course the product is damaged in which the customer has up to 3 days after recieving the item to contact me via phone or email. In that case, the situation will be thoroughly evaluated and action will be taken to insure the customer gets the product they are entitled to.
No Warranty Statement:
The purchaser understands and recognize that racing parts and services sold by FourWerx Motorsports, LLC. are exposed to many and varied conditions due to the manner in which they are installed and used. FourWerx Motorsports, LLC. makes no warranties either expressed or implied including any warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. There is no warranty expressed or implied as to whether the goods sold hereby will protect purchaser or ultimate use of such good from injury or death.
No salesman, officer, agent or representative of FourWerx Motorsports, LLC. is authorized to waive or modify this warranty disclaimer and limitation of damages. Further, no representation, promise, description of goods, or affirmation of fact made by any salesman, officer, agent or representative of FourWerx Motorsports, LLC. shall be effective to any extent whatsoever to waive or modify this warranty disclaimer and limitation of damages.
