i am rebuilding my uncles quadracer because that side of the family doesnt know how to ride anything or do regular maint because they have money and just pay to have stuff fixed. anyways while i was disassembling the engine i made sure not to lose where the powervalve was but while i was cleaning everything up the springs poped out from where they should be. and i have no clue on how to put it back together. i need some help lol.

anything would be appreciated

Wish I could help, I had an 89 Quadracer back in about 1993-94. Memory aint quite that good!! All I can remember is that it was a rotating drum with a cutout???

remember being able to rotate it one way for more power, memory ain't the greatest getting old lol about 10 yrs I last seen one apart... no manual? worth the expense if working on your own machine

i figured it out on my own thanks though guys. i know how memory is. even at 18 mine isnt all to good. thats just fromthinking ill remember everything so i dont pay attention to smaller stuff. what i need was to get the arm controling the powervalve back onto the shaft with the spring and everything. i got it down good though and thing runs good for a suzuki. i still think my old 250R (the real 250R) would KILL it in power. as far as a manual i would have loved to have one and if it were mine i would buy one. but my cheap ass rich uncle doesnt feel that having one is necessary so im stuck fixing everything without one.
