My buddy has a Z that needs some work. First I need a carrier if anyone has one for sale

Second, Do the ball joints on the lower a arms seperate? Or do we have to get new a arms if the lower ball joint is worn out on one side? (see thread in "trip to fort polk" in the "pics and vids" section)

Also the Right spindle is in need of replacement

I'm trying to keep the cost to a minimum without half assing anything

I have a swinger and a carrier in need of some welding off my old z400. The chain adjuster snapped off, but it still works. When you adjust the chain you just have to pull the axel back. I was told i could have welded it by my neighbor(hes a welder) but i jsut bought a new swinger and carrier. is your interested in it let me know, i would let it go for real cheap b/c i have no use for it

sorry, but i want one with no issues.

The one on it now has a broken chain adjuster also, and it moves up form time to time allowing the chain to pop off.

Right now it is jimmy rigged with small blocks of wood in the swinger in front of the carrier.

If possible i would like to find him a +1 swingarm for a decent price. If you know of any, please help another rider out!!??
