You start buy draining your oil, then take off the shifter, and the bolts that hold the outside cover on.

Once the cover is off you well then have the Fly Wheel in site. You do not have to take the oil filter out if you dont want to just the outside bolt on the the cover. Start buy removing the Fly Wheel nut with the impact gun, once the nut is off install the Fly Wheel puller make sure you screw the fly wheel puller all the way down. If the center bolt is not backed out all the way the puller might not screw all the way down.
Once the puller is installed run the center bolt in till it bottoms out on the crank shaft. Now you can use the impact gun to tighten the bolt on the puller which will in turn pull the Fly Wheel off. You might have to use and adjustable wrench to hold the puller if it starts to turn (if you have your spark plug out).

Once the Stock Fly Wheel is off you can see the differences between the two.

Make sure you clean the New Fly Wheel off before installing it. Mine had small pieces of metal stuck to the magnet. Now install the -4oz Fly Wheel and tighten the nut with a Torque wrench(47lbs) You can tight this nut buy having someone sit on the quad and hold the breaks down while its in gear to keep the motor from turning(you will have to temporally place the shifter back on to get it in gear if its not).
After that check the gasket out to see if its torn or need to be replaced. Use a new gasket if necessary. Then reinstall the outside cover and torque the bolts(7.2lbs).
Double check your work to make sure everything is right and looks good, then filler up with some fresh new oil(change the filter if you like) and let her rip!
This whole process took about 30min with me taken pics(having to clean my hands before i touched the camera)

yep nice how to,
just fyi for thos eeven less patient than i...
i did this in a parking lot, and instead of draining oil you can just tip the quad on its side (or damn close)
if its windy and dusty don't try this outside.
