Most of these #'s do work on the servicehonda site. The needle kit is only $23, the end cap is $103, the cam is $214 and so on. Just figured i would post the most desired parts prices

UFO, if all you need are those two things you would still be better to buy the whole kit. You can nab one off Ebay for under $200 if you are patient

I thought 16020-NLZ-651 was the needle kit.

Sorry, maybe I did not make that clear enough...
SET, CARBURETOR SETTING-- 16020-NLZ-651-- Both jets together in one kit.
This part number is the bag that contains the HRC Needle and the 185 main jet as wppracing stated. Inside this bag are two other bags...one has the HRC Needle and its part number and the other is the main jet and its part number. I just listed them all so if you wanted both parts you could order the SET and if you only wanted one or the other you would have the part numbers for each.

UFO: if u already have the endcap, and are gonna buy the whole kit, i will gladly buy just the endcap off of you. they check for spark arrestors where i ride and i hate putting the stock one back in and re-jetting it. PM me if you're interested.

There is no Air Box lid or modification to the air box at all with the 06 HRC Kit....
That is somthing that you might have to work with yourself.....

I bought a used 2006 ER. After looking closer, the bike appears to have the HRC kit installed. ie. a larger end piece on the exhaust. It is also missing the small air chamber that attaches to the side of the airbox, there is a block off in its place.
What else should I look for to be sure if this bike has the HRC kit or not?
What would happen if I re-installed the stock exhaust end piece and the stock airbox lid?
I also noticed that the snorkel that attached to the airbox lid is gone so the airbox lid just had a hole where the snorkel would be.

This thread is actually for the 2004 2005 HRC kit, so it will be different.
Sounds like it doesn't have the actual kit installed because it should have a new snorkel. Sounds as if they may have just installed a new cap on the exhaust.
Do you have a way of taking some pictures?

You should take some pictures and give detailed descriptions of everything and start a new thread. There are plenty of people that can help you determine what your new ER has and what is NEEDS!
This isn't the best place to keep talking about it.

i recently bought an 08 450r and the local honda shop told me that the 2008 hrc has a different part # than the 06/07 and they "are not available yet". i thought that 06-08 450r's were the same. any ideas?
