I am currently looking at buying another quad, but i need a trailer small enough for my wrx to be able to pull. I know harbor freight has a couple small ones but I dont know anything about them. Any suggestions on something small like 5x8? Where to get one at a decent price?

if you go with the harbor freight trailer, make sure you have insurance on your quad!

Does this mean it's not very good?

Harbor Freight has it's place in the world, but you would be better off going to home depot or somewhere. I buy stuff at HB with the knowledge that I will have to work with it. I purchased thier 36" sheet metal brake a few months ago. Brought it in the shop and assembled it. Figured out what needed to be reinforced and then started welding. Added some 1/4 angle here and there where needed and she works like one that was twice the price...just took a few hours and some thought.

wrx...honestly i have never seen one of their trailers. i have used/bought tools from there, and they are all CHEAP CHEAP CHEAP. i would not spend several thousand bucks on a quad and pull it with a trailer that only cost a few hundred.

I believe Zieman trailers offer a aluminum trailer that is big enough to hold 2-quads and is still light enough for you to pull it.....
Stay with a quailty trailer.......
Keep in mind what you have invested in you quad???
Till later.....

do you have a tractor supply by you? The sell trailers cheap. The sell one with grating (the grating is garbage), and one with no floor. Get the one with no floor and spend 50 bucks at lowes for some 2x8s and carriage bolts.

i bought a boat trailer 16' for next to nothing 100$ took all boat accesories off accept winch went to lowes bought 5 2x10x16 bolted them down and i was set it is super light it .used to carry 2 quads now it holds 3 quads on sideways and me n my younger brother can still lift it on n off the truck (sometimes jack wont work) and we use the winch to hold the back quad for extra stability...just my situation
also bolted eye hooks for straps we got like 300$ in trailer with permanent tags in my book GREAT BUY

I have a zieman trailer its pretty sweet. Its an 8x8 it holds both my quads, and I can move around my garage, street what ever without having it hooked to the truck, I can litterly pick it up and move it, its super light! Plus its a tilt bed. I paid like 700.00 for mine.

Thanks for all the input guys!

After thinking about it for a couple of days, I think I will look into one of those trailers suggested, after all I will have to drive at least 30 miles one way just to ride so I will indeed buy something of better quality.
