I bought my son an '03 kasea 90 that is all raced out. It has extended a-arms, extended long travel swingarm, extended axle, works shocks, etc. I know the guy who owned it but he doesn't know much about suspension geometry. On the front end, how should I set the toe? I know it should toe in, but how much and what is the easiest way to get it right? I think right now it's too much toe in and makes it feel really twitchy. By the way this thing has a 110cc big bore kit with a high performance clutch and this thing hauls my fat arse around like nothin'. It hauls some serious @ss. I was blown away. The suspension on these kasea's us much nicer than most of the smaller quads. It's nice and soft. Soaks up all the chop even with my 50 lb. son on it.
