well, I finally had nice weather to work with, so I got the fcr installed. I also hacked my stock airbox to use for protection for my ESR. heres how it went down...

everything together, minus the headstay, black box, and breather filter




now to the test ride. maybe its just the fact that I havent rode since about, october, but this thing flat out rips!! of course, its not tuned 100%. I'm running a 165 main, needle on the 3rd clip, 45 pilot, and a 50 leak jet. It bogs down low. if I punch it, it'll bog. But, if I slowly roll on the throttle it wont. If I turn the idle up, it wont bog either. so I dont know if I need to mess with the leak jet anymore, or maybe adjust the accelerator pump?? anyone got an idea?

It sounds like the accelerator pump.
